Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published under the BRadio developer account on the Google Play Store, including our radio apps, Bible apps and any other apps we publish (together, the "Apps"). It explains what information is collected when you use the Apps, how it is used, and what choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide: None. The Apps do not have registration or login. If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message, which we use only to reply to you.

Information stored on your device: Your favorites, bookmarks, highlights, notes, reading or listening history, recently played stations and app settings are stored locally on your device only. This information is not sent to us and is deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data.

Information collected automatically by third parties: When you use the Apps, the third-party services listed below may automatically collect certain technical information, such as:

• Advertising ID (Google Advertising ID) – a resettable identifier used for advertising;
• Device information – device model, operating system version, language and network type;
• IP address – used for connecting to services and to determine approximate location (country or city);
• App interaction data – ad impressions and clicks, app launches, crashes and diagnostics.

2. Online Content (Radio Streams, Audio and Texts)

Some Apps load content from the internet. Radio apps play live audio streams hosted by independent radio stations and streaming providers, not by BRadio. Other Apps, such as our Bible apps, may download texts, audio recordings, images or other content from third-party servers, or include this content inside the app so that it works offline.

When an App connects to a third-party server, your device communicates directly with that server, which can receive your IP address and basic technical information (for example, the app or device type) as part of a normal internet connection. BRadio has no control over how these third-party servers handle that information. Station names, logos, translations and other content belong to their respective owners.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The Apps are free and supported by ads provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may use the Advertising ID, device information and IP address to show ads, limit how often you see the same ad, measure ad performance and prevent fraud. Depending on your choices, ads may be personalized or non-personalized.

4. How the Information Is Used

• to provide the core features of the Apps, such as playing radio streams, audio content or displaying texts;
• to display advertisements that keep the Apps free;
• to understand crashes and improve app stability and performance;
• to respond to your support requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Third-Party Services

The Apps use the following third-party services, each with its own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services
• Google AdMob

6. Your Choices

• Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland): When you first open the App, you are asked for your consent to personalized ads through the Google consent form. You can change your choice at any time from the App's settings/privacy options.
• Ad personalization: On Android, go to Settings → Google → Ads (or Settings → Privacy → Ads) to reset or delete your Advertising ID and opt out of personalized ads.
• Stop all collection: You can stop all data collection by the Apps by uninstalling them.

7. Data Security

Data sent by the third-party services used in the Apps is encrypted in transit using secure protocols (HTTPS/TLS) where supported. Some third-party content providers (for example, certain radio stations) may only offer unencrypted connections; such content is transferred without encryption, but it does not contain your personal information.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

BRadio does not store user data on its own servers. Data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's policies. Data stored locally on your device is removed when you uninstall the App or clear its data in Android settings.

9. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw your consent at any time. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected, to request its deletion, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing". 10. Children's Privacy

The Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Apps, please contact us and we will take steps to have it removed.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Apps after changes means you accept the updated policy.
